Winter Sessions
The regular Friday morning session will be running through the holiday season. Also, on Saturday, Dec. 24th, I will be leading a class at the Charlestown Community Center, in Ninigret Park. All classes start at 8:30am.

Thank you for the class this morning in Charlestown. I am interested in coming to westerly on Friday for your class about 8:15 am

Sure. It is a pretty casual class. I usually start at 8:15 with a class length of 1h 15mins. But, I can be flexible. If you have something particular that you want to practice, just let me know.
